Black Bean Avocado Salsa

Loaded with creamy avocado, sweet corn and plenty of fresh herbs, this salsa is sure to be a big hit.

Black Bean Avocado Salsa

15 oz. black beans, drained, rinsed

1 ripe avocado, pitted, cubed

½ cup corn kernels, fresh or frozen

½ cup red onion, minced

½ cup cilantro, minced

1 jalapeño, minced

1 clove garlic, minced

½ tsp. cumin

salt and pepper, to taste

2 Tbsp. Nature's Intent Organic Apple Cider Vinegar

2 Tbsp. lime juice

  1. Place all ingredients in a medium bowl and toss to combine.
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste before serving with tortilla chips.
