Fall for this easy, quick (and tasty) snack
Turn out your weeknight with tender grilled chicken and tangy BBQ sauce.
Slaw:
2 tablespoon yellow mustard
3 tablespoon honey
1 oz Nature’s Intent Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
5 oz cole slaw mix
BBQ Sauce:
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons Nature’s Intent Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
½ teaspoon chili powder
Salt and pepper
Flatbread:
2 – 4 oz pizza dough or flatbread, cooked approx. 12 x 8
4 oz BBQ Sauce – divided
8 oz cooked chicken or rotisserie chicken
4 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
8 roasted tomatoes,
6 pieces bacon, cooked and chopped
2 tablespoons scallions, cut on bias
2 tablespoons cilantro
